The opportunity

• Working in-house recruiting for one of our brilliant clients.
• Working with relevant stakeholders across the business to fully understand the culture and values of the company.
• Creating and implementing a recruitment strategy best matched to the individual client.
• Using advanced sourcing techniques to help source the best candidates.
• Taking ownership and full accountability for the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring delivery is effective and efficient at all times.
• Engaging with passive candidates through dedicated sourcing methods and external networks.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key decisions makers throughout the company.
• Owning the offer process including extending offers and ensuring contracts are generated and candidates are kept engaged throughout.
