Esther has an enviable breadth and depth of experience in the recruitment and tech industries, and a genuine passion for developing and scaling companies. Having worked with the first of several start-ups twenty years ago, Esther has continuously mentored and managed individuals as well as established and developed teams both domestically and internationally. Esther has held positions in a range of companies as Sales Director, Operations Director, Managing Director and CEO.
In her current role as Managing Director of IHR, Esther is able to bring together her passion for developing and scaling companies with her extensive recruitment experience.
